Dr. Todd Richardson is a co-founder of Crosstown Arts and President/CEO of Crosstown Concourse. Since 2010, he has led the effort to transform the historic, 1.5 million-square-foot Sears Crosstown building into a vertical urban village anchored in arts, education and healthcare. The $210 million project has garnered local, national, and even international attention including winning the grand prize from the 2018 Congress for New Urbanism and a gold medal from the 2019 Rudy Bruner award. Todd cut his teeth as a Youth Director at Idlewild Presbyterian Church In Memphis and earned a MA in Religious Studies (Memphis Theological Seminary) M.A. in Art and Religion (Graduate Theological Union) and a PhD in Art History, Criticism and Conservation (Universiteit Leiden)
